The room they put me in smells like mold and when i looked at two other rooms on the 4th floor, both rooms smells mold. Then they put me on the 3rd floor i had a much better experience. The hotel needs repairs, and updates, but it was not too bad.

Stayed in the Junior Suite with view and was very large (asked for ungrade but was already there best room) for Junior suite - close to 500 sq ft. Great bathroom with tub and wall of windows. Nice area of Bangkok to stay at and close to air train.

This property from this outside isn’t esthetically pleasing but the inside is clean, nice and comfortable. It is close to all major transportation but still not too close to the craziness that Bangkok can offer. The staff is excellent especially Brian who always made sure to go out of his way to assist with any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed at the park plaza in London so decided to stay here and Bangkok. The staff was great, the pool was beautiful! The area was walking distance from one of the main malls and about a 20 mins walk to any clubs/ restaurants on the “touristy” strip. Great location and I would stay here again upon my return to Thailand.
