The hotel is brand new so the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The facilities are ok but it’s far from a 5 star hotel . The walls are thin , I could hear the neighbors tv all night . The location is alright. It’s short walk to the Main Street. It caters to a lot of families which was a bit annoying as there were kids running around. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again .

So warmly and smiling service team from housekeeping to bar, from welcoming at the door to the check-in desk. Hotel is well preserved by being a bit isolated from the dirty environment of Sukhumvit 11. Eating the food brought from outside at the lobby should be strictly banned. The guests should be also warned for not placing their food waste in the corridor. (you may check the cctv records for the fourth floor around room 434) at 22:02 on July 6th. Last but not least, thank you for early check-in and late check-out, highly appreciated. With my warmest regards,

Lovely and beautiful hotel. Very clean , luxurious rooms and very good staff. The thai restaurant, the bar and pool were excellent! We liked every aspect of our stay! We would come again without hesitation.

Very nice new Hotel in a small side road of Sukhumvit 11. very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Large rooms with good AC and very comfortable beds. Modern Gym and pool area make for a pleasant stay. We will certainly stay there again when back in Bangkok.
