Nice hotel but could be improved.
Nice hotel but dated and in need of improvements. My shower door was broken with what could be a 5 minute quick fix if I had a screwdriver. Balcony was dirty. Service was great but check in was slow. When you’ve just arrived from travelling a distance, the last thing I need is to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes while the check in process is taken care of. Apart from my gripes, the hotel itself is very nice.

Amazing stay here for three nights. Rooms very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location and fantastic rooftop views. Arrival was smooth after a long flight and we were made to feel very welcome. The views from the room and balcony were stunning. Breakfast was also incredible with loads of choice. Will return here soon!

My stay at this 5-star hotel was everything I expected from a property of this caliber. The room was spacious and fully equipped with all the expected amenities, plus some pleasant surprises like a kitchenette and microwave. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to meet every need. The breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste and cuisine from around the world. The hotel's location allows visitors to experience Bangkok in an authentic way, and the view over the city was simply stunning. For those who prefer to dine outside the hotel, there are plenty of nearby restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Highly recommended!

My family and I was very well greeted when we arrived. Our flight was delayed and was exhuasted after going through long and slow airport custom queue. Upon arrived at Lebua, my family was seated with refreshments and registration was nicely explained by Mr. Bruno and everything was ready for us to our rooms. Mr. Richard was so kind to approach us and suggested dinner reservations for my family to Hotels restaurants. It really helps released my worries to manage my family dinner arrangement. I was so deeply relieved with both assistance from Bruno and Richard. Our suite was clean, nice, lovely and with very beautiful view. Hotel staffs were all so friendly, room service and housekeeping were great.

We stayed for three nights with lounge access. Arriving to the hotel was a great, your luggage is taken care of, one person gives you refreshments and helps you check in. Very professional with a personal touch. After the check in the staff lead you to the room and explains where the different restaurants and explain everything you need to know. The room was spotless clean, very practical and nice. The views from the balcony and the different bars and restaurants are breathing. The food was brilliant, extremely tasty and beautifully displayed. The one small negative was their problem with the reader for Amex cards but that was sorted out very professionally by the front desk (my card worked to well the day after at the gem factory which made the wife happy). Conclusion: I warmly recommend the hotel because of the staff, views, service and food. We'll come back next year
