Have requested for late check out but was told since we booked with hotels.com we are not entitled to late check out request. Also, they seems not using hotels.com booking reference that make our check-in a bit longer because they are unable to find our booking. Otherwise, overall experience was pleasant.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the major shopping malls such as Central World. Connected to the BTS. However, this is an older hotel which has aged. Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Most of the breakfast buffet is catered to Chinese and Arabic nationals. Probably a 5 star hotel back in the day (like 20 years ago) but now a 4 star at best. Very close to all the shopping malls. There are better hotels if you are looking for a 5 star hotel in the area which are newer and modern such as Okura, Park Hyatt and Rosewood to name a few.

The hotel is within walking distance to major shopping centers. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby design is grand and stylish and the room is extraordinarily clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended for its huge number of varieties.
