I have stayed at Ibis Styles Silom many times. The staff is always very friendly and the location is perfect. Close to shopping, night markets and public transportation. The rooms are well cleaned and the hotel presents very well. Some small downsides- rooms facing the atrium can get noise from the lobby, you have to request to make room temperature changes, and sometimes not enough staff in busy areas like the rooftop bar/restaurant. Overall a great place to stay.

Great area, clean room with some annoyances
I had an interior room, which got very little natural light. The room was clean and new, although the daily housekeeping did not clean the bathroom sink or counter each night, so it got pretty dirty. Poor sound insulation between the room and hallway: I had to wear earplugs at night because I could hear conversations in the hall & doors closing as though my door wasn't there. Biggest annoyance was the AC, which kept resetting itself to 21C every time I re-entered the room. I always wanted 23C. A few times I think it reverted to 21C in the middle of the night and other times though I hadn't left the room. The various lights had no memory either and I had to go around hitting switches each time I came back. Shower and toilet were good, bed was comfy. Too few horizontal surfaces for my clothes & luagge. The desk had only enough space for my laptop. The top of the minibar was about the same size. The bathroom had a closet-like nook but I didn't want to store things where there was so much moisture. So I had to scatter things around messily. However, the hotel's location is great, and the price was pretty good for NYE and despite only booking two weeks in advance.

Love the roof top pool and gym, great location, walking distance to everything (restaurant, massage, bars, conv. store, fast food, street food etc.) Stay here twice in 3 months, only down side is the low water pressure for shower.

Lovely hotel in great location
Lovely hotel in the heart of Silom. Did not eat here so cannot comment on the food. Room on the small side but ok for our 2 night stay. Loved the rooftop swimming pool area & the bar.

Loved the ibis Styles
It was a vast improvement over the last stay with a quiet room at a corner of the building facing the courtyard and on the 4th floor. The instructions from the front desk about using the elevator, pool access, breakfast times ,etc were wonderful. The young man working the front desk even came to my room to help me get set up on the wi-fi because I was not understanding it on my computer. He was so pleasant and helpful just as were the young ladies working there as well.
