The hotel room is new, clean and spacious. Excellent location with many authentic Japanese restaurants around. The only down side is the relatively low water pressure of the shower.

Very nice and helpful staff. However housekeeping has not clean the room thoughtfully, the water still left in the water bottle and dusty in room after cleaning up.

全体的にとても良いホテルでした。トンロー駅からホテルニッコーを経由する行き方だとスーツケースがあっても楽に移動できます。一つだけバスタブがあるのに栓が閉まらず湯船に浸かれなかったのが残念でした。

Solid all round. The shower was a bit weird as the pressure changed every minute or so. But the rest of it was great. It was probably more catered towards people from japan then Australia but i had no issue with it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to train station and plenty of food options.
