great hotel, needs some small refinement
room 461 has two problems: flush button of toilet reservior is a “little sticky” = excessive water flushing. 2nd issue : fabric on wooden armchair looks stained & NEEDS cleaning or replacement ?! otherwise, staff friendly & professional. location good. however, hailing-down a taxi at peak-hours is very challenging. i am regualr visitor to bkk & this hotel.

Good experience in Bangkok
Staying in this hotel is a new experience and everythings were good. I even have my card key returned as I have it lost while swimming, someone/staff have found it and returned to the management. Few minutes walk to MRT(Phra Khanong) and you can go everywhere of Bangkok, it so convenient and most things are affordable.

Electric lighting and air conditioning very confusing and jot user friendly. No tea was offered in the room and the plug points in rhe bedroom either hidden away behind bedside table or away from the bed on the other side.

Sad, depressed, not what i thought it would be
I think last renovated in the 80’s, can see its old, slightly on the dirty side with marks on the floor. Check in staff were correct, but not friendly. Good for a night if you only use it to sleep, for comfort there are far better places
