Aircon blowing on the bed, poor placement. Toilet sprayer loud noise, wake up anyone sleeping. Some hallways have stairs with no railings, dangerous for older or unstable person. Nice sized room, washing machine. Buffet breakfast is good. Across the street is food court with lots of choices low cost dishes from around the world. Train station short walk. Overall a nice hotel, just a bit overpriced.

The hotel is located is on a very busy street as quiet as it is if you listen you can hear traffic but remember it's Bangkok.. The staff were very helpful and friendly breakfast was a great variety and fresh..

Room was great. Quiet. Pool water was cold as no sun reaches it. Breakfast was very good. Pretty much the same each day. Location is by the BTS but not much around as far as sightseeing goes.

great hotel, needs some small refinement
room 461 has two problems: flush button of toilet reservior is a “little sticky” = excessive water flushing. 2nd issue : fabric on wooden armchair looks stained & NEEDS cleaning or replacement ?! otherwise, staff friendly & professional. location good. however, hailing-down a taxi at peak-hours is very challenging. i am regualr visitor to bkk & this hotel.
