Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast plenty of variety. Executive lounge, the girls were super friendly and very quick with drinks and clearing tables. Food delicious there. Fab location to metro and BTS which takes you all over Bangkok, the traffic is horrendous so these modes transport are a must
