This is my third time to stay at Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke on business, considering the convenience and the great level of service. They speak fluent English, and really helpful when I have some issues with delivery and stuffs like that. I would love to keep coming back to this hotel.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had in a five-star brand hotel. 1) It was difficult to detect the room card as soon as I checked in. It took at least 40 minutes. Wouldn't it be faster to change rooms at this time? 2) The pillowcase has blood stains. I left a note asking to replace it. 3) Little cockroaches crawling on the ground next to the toilet Is this a five-star hotel? I keep asking for the manager but he only shows up on Mondays ><

The property is uniquely central to BKK with restaurants & malls within close walking distance. If taking a taxi be prepared for a bit more traffic when leaving the city central.

In need of Renovation! Good location, great staff
Hotel very outdated! Desperately need renovation from the rooms to the gym, hallway and breakfast area. Wonderful staff! Thanks to the wonderful ladies at the morning buffet : Joy , Fon and the noodle station nice lady that lighted up my morning with their friendly service and big smiles! Hallway too dark! I had to run to my room after getting off the elevator.

We have made this hotel out home when we visit Bangkok. We were recognized from the moment we stepped out of our taxi and the reception. The check in was smooth and the room on one of the top floors was relatively quiet and clean. Everyone was always curtious and truly reflected the Thai hospitality.A late check out was greatly appreciated. We would like to point out the following person's to go above and beyond to look after us : Oui, Benz ,Aun ,Tie, Joy and the Indian Chef at breakfast.
