Service excellence was shown throughout our stay. When passing any staff member, we were always greeted. Always asked by staff if assistance was needed. Location accessible to both train routes, the R walk (covered path above the street) connected the hotel to many of the major malls near the hotel. Highly recommend a stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok!!!

Excellent 4 night stay made possible by very friendly and accommodating staff. Dining was also top notch with authentic Thai as well as French cuisine at Erawan Tea Room and Gaston Bistro (featuring nightly live band) Management is experienced and strong here. Facility is well maintained and clean. Location near huge malls and shrines made access convenient. Overall, highly recommend Grand Hyatt Erawan.
