Mr. Por and front desk staff were personable. The sidewalks around the hotel were hard to go for a stroll but otherwise a great location. The river shuttle was very convenient.

What an amazing stay. This is the right and perfect place to stay if you really want to enjoy Thailand. It’s so well located, close to everything you need to do, the people in the hotel are so kind and friendly, food is great, the views to the river from the restaurant are amazing too. The rooms are so nice and big. Excellent hotel for a good price. I really really enjoyed and I really recommend it. Btw pool was awesome!!

Stayed at the Chatrium Riverside many times over the years and it never fails to disappoint The Hotel is fabulous and the service and staff are five star. well situated from the hustle and bustle of the town Centre but still easy to get around. Thank you for another great stay.

I love this hotel, my sixth stay an not disappointed. Excellent pool, great rooms and upgrade to thi 36th floor lounge makes it special. Boat shuttle to taksin makes all the tourist sites easy to get to at minimal cost or effort.

The hotel is beautiful and all of the amenities were great. We had a gorgeous 2-bedroom suite with an incredible river view that we enjoyed each night. The suites come with lounge access on the top floor where you can get appetizers & drinks 2-4 and 5-7 every day which was amazing for our family. If we ever come to Bangkok again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here!

Definitely a 5 star hotel. Nice spacious rooms ,we were upgraded to a suite. Excellent breakfast choices. Availability of shuttle service . Courteous staff . We have a very nice view of the Chao Phraya river. I would definitely choose to book a room here on our next visit.

This place was a beautiful hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were amazing, I slept so well. The breakfast buffet is a dream! All the food was so delicious and so much to choose from.

The best hotel!
We had an amazing time at chatrium riverside . The hotel is beautiful and well kept . The family room is beautiful and very spacious and great views . The staff is the best , very attentive! Wonderful with children . We met Manfred the general manager and he was exceptionally friendly, but we very helpful and we felt very welcomed and appreciated the fact that he was very warm and attentive. Simon in concierge was also helpful in communicating with the airport when we had an issue with our luggage. All in all we absolutely love the hotel! The location on the river, the ambiance, the food, the best staff,the room, the pool! It's just really all these factors that make a great hotell. Well done Manfred for setting a wonderful example to your staff who are passionate about providing great service!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be happier with the staff and the facility. They always seem to exceed my expectations.
