I booked this hotel without really researching or reading reviews. This hotel has one of the best customer service I’ve encountered. It’s also walking distance to the mall but the hotel offers buggy transportation. I will definitely be staying here again.

One of the best hotels in bangkok
Love my stay it was so easy checkin and checkout , the hotel provide a shuttle bus every five minutes to siam baragon mall from there u can walk to the whole area
