I did enjoy my stay at the Centre Point hotel Chidlom, they even gave us a little surprise because we mentioned that it was an anniversary trip. I did not give them 5 stars because there was 1 day that they did not make up the room, the taste of the food from the breakfast buffet could be improved and kettle in our room was not clean so we did not use it. Other than that the service from the staff was exceptional and shoutout to the staffs working outside the hotel for helping people across the street, opening the doors, carrying the bags, greeting everyone, flagging a cab and directing traffic. They were terrific 🙏 they need a raise

A decent tourist hotel. Room is slightly dated but clean and spacious, good water pressure , good aircon. The washing machine/ dryer was a definite plus with washing detergent provided. Full size refrigerator. Sofa in room. Having a Thai restaurant with reasonable price and quality is convenient. Convenience store is 100m away. Bathtub as is a deep step so not convenient for elderly or younger kids. Hotel can consider installing safety/ hand bars and placing safety strips in the bathtub. Good and helpful staff.

I stayed in Room 708. I heard some kind of motor or engine noise when I slept for the two nights in your hotel. I do not know where the sound comes from. However, it is not throughout the night. It is just a few times throughout the night. Perhaps you should check it out and do something about the "noise".

Best thing was the location: 2mins walk away from Sindhorn Village, a covered area for excellent restaurants/coffee shops and a great supermarket, Villa Market. It's so convenient to walk over with family in the evenings for a calm dinner. You can walk to Chidlom BTS stn in 8mins, or use the Hotel's tuktuk if it's available. 5stars for location! Hotel staff were great. Buffet breakfast was great. Beds sheets were clean, kitchenette washer super helpful for kids. But rooms need a reno.

Wonderful stay with room for improvement 😀
Excellent service from all levels of staff from security, porter, to front office. Our presidential suite is comfortable however the aircon compressor is rather noisy for the rooms with windows. This must be rectified asap. Also, it would highly desirable for guests if the frequency for hotel tuk tuk service can be enhanced during the weekends as it is always full.
