However, hotel front desk told me that the requested room not available upon arrival, reason given is that due to my late check in. The hotel is conviently located as phv drivers have no issue doing pick up or drop off passengers. The staffs are friendly, helpful and polite especially staff that are stationed near the lifts & on ground floor. The room is clean daily, cosy and comfortable room of good size with a nice city view. The hotel offer a nice breakfast with decent spread. Personally will recommend this hotel to any visitors who are on lookout for a good hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel in Bangkok, and I absolutely love it. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The convenience of having a mall and a massage place downstairs is fantastic, and it’s just a short walk to nearby malls like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, and Big C Supermarket. I especially appreciate the staff on level 1 who are very nice, always ready to help open car doors, and extremely friendly and hospitable. Additionally, ordering Grab food is very convenient as it can be easily picked up from level 1. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great location.
