Five star hotel with excellent location , friendly and cooperative staff. Decent breakfast and really good facilities such as gym and pool. Only issue is the elevator waiting time ..sometimes I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get the elevator .. guess the elevator logic system needs an improvement

The room was way overpriced. For the price of this room and its star rating I expected a much nicer room. 3 in 1 coffee packet and no keurig coffee maker? Bathroom had no hand soap! Insanely busy elevators, 2 elevators just to get to the room. I won’t be back

Mine and my wifes stay was a christmas shopping weekend so the location of the hotel is excellent because central shopping centre is basically attached and siam paragon is a 5mins walk away and you'll find everything and more between the two the hotel is excellent apart from the breakfast the breakfast room was very cold which in turn made the hot breakfast food very cold

I stayed here many years ago before covid and i was back again recently. I think the hotel has undergone some renovation. Everything looks new and immaculate. Room is big and clean. Location is superb as it is next to CentralWorld. Easy to get food, shopping and take the BTS.
