Was classed as speaking Thai & English and yet they could not understand English at all. Facilities were poor, nothing in the area. If you like hoards of rude noisy Chinese people disturbing you all night & want to do nothing or see anything, this is the hotel for you. Unfortunately the staff didn't seem too bothered when I tried to speak to them about it.

Great customer service.Property looks new. I didn't like that the air-conditioning and hot water heater had an eco saving functuon which recuced its effects. The hot water was onky a little warm at best. I asked the staff to adjust the room airconditioner and they promptly adjusted it. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly .

The room is better than I expected, it smell very nice and super clean. However, I think the breakfast has a lot of room to improve, as the option isn't that much and staffs are often chit chat at the middle of wallkway.

In my opinion the hotel was not ready for guests. It advertised a pool bar but this was never manned. The pool is not a swimming pool it’s a splash pool. The upstairs restaurant was not accessible and room service took over 2 hrs although food was excellent on arrival. Staff were great but seemed restricted in what they could do.

The hotel is nice for the price you are paying. It has all the essentials, but it is isolated from the city. TIP: there is the ferry just a few blocks away that runs until 5 or 7pm for a very low cost! Chata praya express! USE IT!

The property is in an area which is far from any tourist spot. Cab drivers don’t want to drive to this address... mostly asking an arbitrary amount of money. Bathrooms were dirty. Definitely not a five star place. Complete scam

The hotel is new, clean, I didnt have an issue with the minimalist approach either. Unfortunately experience was ruined upon checkout...Staff insisted to check if I used the minibar. Subtly accused me of lying and stealing a 10 baht sugar soda can, making matters worse is that I am diabetic and cant ever drink that sugar drink, they insisted its my fault despite my generous tips to ever random employee who approached me since check in. My driver waiting outside so they insisted I confess to the crime I didnt commit and pay the 18 baht penalty, I paid them 40 baht knowing that it makes me accept the insult, they unfortunately were still convinced I was lying! I can accept the minimalist amenities and cheap furniture for a 5 star hotel, but how can I accept this poor customer service as 5 Star customer service :(

Nice new hotel, staff is super helpful and smile all the time. Cleanliness in the room is quite poor - sticky stains and hairs on floors, sticky stains on the top tables, dirty and dusty mirrors - they should take care more otherwise it’ll turn into horrible dirty hotel soon. However our stay was pleasant and I still recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and very helpful. Pool is very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's not near the main tourist spits so i ts better value and quieter, but it's still only s short tsci ride anywhere and the taxies are cheap.
