I have visited the hotel more than ten times so far, and I will be returning tomorrow, 2nd December 2024. I really appreciate the halal breakfast and the ease of cooperation with the staff. I have a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. Frequent guests should be given priority for upgrades, as this would encourage repeated visits. 2. For the first time during breakfast, I found it difficult to find a table to sit at.

Great breakfast buffet, good wifi, wonderful staff. Easy and fast check-in and check-out process. Hotel charges 100 baht per guest each time you bring a visitor.

This is a really big hotel with a lot of ammenties, and the intercontinental breakfast is pretty good. However the hotel losses points for outdated rooms and being located in the worst part if sukhumvit. Overall i enjoyed my stay, but adding some wood floors in the rooms would go a long.

They don’t respect privacy at all, I kept putting the do not disturb card on the door handle and they keep coming whenever they want! This is unacceptable at this point anyone can come in whenever they want…. The faucet was kind of broken , water temperature is always changing weirdly. The shower drain always get blocked. I don’t understand how this place has 10,000 reviews with good stars rating. Overall i would give this place a 6/10 rating. Wouldn’t recommend to book here.

Cheap and decent option in Sukhumvit
The stay was ok. But the hotel has seen better days. The rooms are in decent condition but they haven't had any love and attention in some time (e.g. curtains don't shut properly; shower sprays water in all directions at the same time). Public spaces are also very dated. Service is ok but not proactive (i had to chase staff down the corridor for some basic things a couple of times). Also they have some strange policies. They won't take a pre-authorisation on the card but wanted cash as deposit (I refused). And then on departure they wouldn't let me leave until they had inspected the room which is very strange. I'd stay again if i had to but given the choice i'd stay somewhere else.
