The hotel was what we needed as an overnight stay to catch a flight the next day. Free shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The only negative was we told the receptionist when we booked out that we had peanuts from the minibar and asked how much, she said no charge. Only for us to get called put on the shuttle bus fir 20 baht. Same receptionist when i asked how much for breakfast she said included. Only to be given an 800 baht bill afterwards.

I only stayed for one night so didnt use all the hotel facilities. Hotel service was very good. They provided free shuttle from the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and comfortable. I was happy and would definitely use the hotel again

Good and bad but overall good
Biggest problem was that we booked a king bed and they gave us a room with 2 separated single beds!! They said the king was booked but we booked it too so what was the purpose of us booking in advance?!!!!!!!?!?!? Shuttle bus to and from the airport makes it very easy which is nice Good value for money per night The room is nice and clean Reception staff were friendly although they didn’t have a simple bandaid in their first aid kit

Pros:The shuttle service with agents wearing pink jackets was fantastic. Easy to find and very convenient. The concierge staff were awesome and extremely helpful. I stayed on the 7th floor and appreciated having the fresh snacks in the small bistro area at end of hallway. Not so good: The restaurant only serves buffet and is quite expensive for someone who doesn't eat that much. The pool could use more loungers as they were always taken.
