Only stayed one night after late night arrival. Hotel staffs are all super friendly and room was equipped with small full kitchen. Great place for longer stays. Breakfast was served at the Japanese restaurant inside and everything was well taken care of. Very happy with the experience overall and would definitely choose to stay another occasion.

I want to begin by saying that I would NOT stay here at 12 The Recidence again. If your looking for a place near the Don Mueang Airport that has Airport shuttle DO NOT book this place as they do not pick you up, they do take you to the airport however they don't take you to the departure terminal, they drop you off 15 min. walk away from the airport. The Suite I booked was ok, but for the price it's very basic, nothing special. Next time I'll take a little more time and shop for a better place to stay at for the night. Don't expect in the room dining or room service, robes and other essentials aren't in the room. It's incredibly hard to find the lobby, no signs or people to help you locate it as it's on the 2nd floor and no elevator.I do not recommend this place, stay away from this place if you need airport transportation... they false advertise that they have airport transportation.

The hotel is closed to the airport. That’s good. They said they offer free shuttle service, yet it’s not really true. I was refused when checking in because they said it was booked up. Their bus is very small and can only take about 9 people each time. Also, their service is scheduled every one hour.

The stay and facilities well. Unfortunately the information that appears in hotels.com is not correct, there it indicates that they have transportation to and from the airport. They only have to the airport. and it is not Suvarnabhumi International Airport. It is the international airport that is close to the hotel. They should be more specific to tourists.

Great short stay hotel
Very close to Don Mueang airport. Very comfortable bed & excellent breakfast choices. Also in a convenient neighbourhood location. The evening front desk staff a little overwhelmed & forgot to add our names to the airport shuttle. But since it was only a 200baht trip away, wasnt too much of a big deal. Very clean

Over all the hotel was nice and most of the staff friendly. It is a brand new hotel so it was designed well. Rooms were small be they were well thought out and had amenities that you'd love. For example wireless chargers for your phone. The breakfast was good. I stayed there for 5 nights because I had business in the area but, for things to do there and the surrounding??? Nothing.

This was easily one of the nicest budget properties that I have stayed in Southeast Asia. The breakfast provided is amazing and the restaurant is nicely serviced.

I was there two nights.I ordered room service 3 times, tipped all the people to a total of about a thousand baht, And when I went to check out they accused me of stealing a spoon a little cheap spoon and then proceeded to charge me two hundred baht for the little cheap spoon. Never again

This hotel was perfect and probably what you need if you’re flying in / out of Don Mueang. Very close to the airport. Restaurant and cafe was great, gym is very nice, laundry is convenient (on site). Staff was friendly. Also very comfortable and spacious, especially for the price. My only gripe is location. While it’s an A for Don Mueang, even the staff will tell you that the fastest way into the city is via a Grab or Taxi. Area around the hotel felt a tiny bit sketchy, especially at night. There is a 7 Eleven close by though.
