The hotel had secure warm parking which was great given the lack of on street availability. The spa/pool is fun in the winter and we loved the feel of the place. Chillies restaurant was good and the staff were great. Already planning a return trip for longer.

The pool was interesting. The room was nice enough for the price point. They really need to update their TVs though, or add a better selection other than basic cable, or allow access to behind the TV to hook up something to stream with. The two level suites can get a bit of noise transfer from the rooms above. Staff was pleasant. The Chilis actually had great food and serving sizes for a good price.

Honestly this used to be a really nice hotel, it's just gone downhill over the years. Elevator sounded like it was going to explode, nothing has been upgraded the building feels old. The hottub is cute. Overheard a guest got food poisoning from the Chili's. A very mid experience in 2024.

The elevator sounds like it was going to break everytime we used it which was sketchy. It took a trip back down from the top floor and a phone call to get our room key to work. The open roof hot tub though was amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Fox. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. If we needed to call the desk for anything, whatever we needed showed up immediately. I had planned on doing a few loads of laundry during our stay, but there were only 2 washers and 2 dryers and it was coin operated. This seems super outdated; you should be able to use your credit card. When we arrived, we couldn’t find our room. We had one of the 2 story rooms with access from the outside of the building, but the gentleman checking us in neglected to tell us where/how to find it. The sign pointing towards our room was not located on the second floor and it took us a long time in the cold, while wheeling around a full luggage cart to find it. The shuttles to the ski hills were amazing and we loved that there was a shuttle stop at the front. Chili’s was also awesome. Not only was the food really good, but all the staff there were really awesome too. And we loved happy hour from 3-5!!
