Superb 2 bedroom duplex apartment with terrace, from where you can enjoy a panoramic sea view. The rental is ideally located 300m from the sea and the beaches, 300m from two beach restaurants, 700m from shops and 750m from the town center of Bandol. You can park your vehicle in a private underground garage in the residence and never touch it again during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows, you enter the apartment through the entrance where the independent kitchen is on the left, then the separate toilet. The hallway leads into the beautiful living room with sea view, consisting of a lounge area and a dining room area. All this space opens onto the beautiful east-facing terrace, with its panoramic sea view. On the terrace, you will find a table with extensions, 6 chairs, a bench, relaxers with their mattresses and a gas barbecue. In addition, on the terrace, you have a manual blind. It is a very pleasant space allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded as you wish. For the sleeping area, upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 double bed and a beautiful panoramic sea view and plenty of storage space. In the second, you will have two single beds of 90 x 190 and a storage cupboard with clothes rack. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and you have an internet box with wifi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol pleasant memories. A real quiet rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
