The Greenhouse is a spacious Victorian property in the heart of Bamburgh Village, close to the beach and with easy access to the Castle. Accommodation is well equipped with a four ensuite bedrooms sleeping eight guests. The open plan kitchen/dining room is the heart of the home, well equipped with a farmhouse dining table and a wood burning stove - a great sociable space at any time of year. The Greenhouse comes complete with a private walled garden and terrace - a lovely spot for alfresco dining. But if you fancy a meal out, the Victoria Hotel and Castle Inn are both on the doorstep so you’re spoilt for choice.
A great coastal escape - perfect for a get together with family and friends whatever the season. The property is well located for Bamburgh’s shops, cafes, pubs and of course, the beach - all a short walk away. Don’t miss the Grace Darling Museum and of course the iconic Bamburgh Castle. Take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to view sea birds and grey seals from Seahouses (3 miles) and Holy Island and the nature reserve of Budle Bay are both a short drive away.
Size: sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Beds: 1 x king/super-king bed, 2 x double beds, 2 x single zip and link beds (combine for king/super king).
Accommodation Ground floor Lounge: comfortable seating, large bay window, solid oak floors. Snug/reading room: sofa, arm chairs. Open plan kitchen/diner: table with seating for 8, range style cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, solid oak floors. Laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer.
First Floor Bedroom 1: king size bed, flat screen digital TV, space for a cot. Ensuite: shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2: king size bed, flat screen digital TV, space for a cot. Ensuite: shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom 3: king size bed (can be split into 2 singles on request)  Ensuite: shower, wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom 4: double bed. Ensuite: shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Entertainment: flat screen digital TV, DVD player, CD player with iPod dock. For families: cot and high chair available. Outside: garden with outdoor seating and barbeque. Parking: off road parking available. General: WiFi. bed linen and towels provided. Central heating. Pets: 2 pets welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property, or allow them in the bedrooms. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: both The Greenhouse and Greenleaf can be rented to create accommodation for up to 12 guests. Partition doors can be opened to interlink the properties.
