We are offering you choice accommodations in a luxurious townhouse overlooking the ocean in a hidden paradise only recently discovered by the rich and famous. Some of the worlds most famous movie stars reside close by and several have been married in these islands recently and came to our island to have their wedding photographs taken. We have the most dramatic shoreline in the entire Caicos Islands and then also offer tens of miles of calm beaches to allow your children and squeamish wives to bathe in a secure environment. We offer some of the most beautiful snorkeling area's and also one of the best bone fishing on the planet. Provo visitors get bored in a day or two and then visit with us to secure memories. Two bedroom unit with sleeper sofa will accommodate 6 comfortably. Ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom with marble shower/tub enclosure add to your total creature comfort.

Your vacation selection is one of the most important decisions you will make in each and every year. It affects the entire family and it must provide something for everybody.

The following descriptions are lengthy but extremely important because they outline the reason I believe you should consider us as your destination. Please take the time to read on.

We have just created a new 2 bedroom luxurious townhouse complex that lacks nothing. Almost everything you would want in a dream vacation location is to be found while staying at this Royal Hideaway Townhouse.

Central Air, filtered water, full kitchen featuring granite countertops and islands, Marble showers and comfortable beds offering you a comfort that you will remember forever and compare all future vacations to.

We have clients that have returned for well over ten years and their testimonials speak for themselves.

Almost five miles of pure white sand await the morning walker or the evening dreamer. Millions of stars hover above in clear sight 90% of the time. Bring your star charts ! You will be tested...

In all honesty, if you want nightlife and shopping, then please select another location because our offering is for the more adventurous searching for the Caribbean the way it was meant to be. Where else can you go to see miles and miles of beach where yours are the only footprints. This will not last for long as we are beginning to develop our hidden paradise and have sold over 160 lots in the past five years.

Our weather is probably one of the most desirable in the hemisphere with an average temperature of 84 degrees, hardly any humidity because of a 10-12 knot breeze coming off the water. Our ocean maintains a temperature that hardly ever falls below 78 degree's and if it does, don a sweat shirt or skin and enjoy. The clarity and fish will still be there...

Most that return to us every few years do so because of the people, some of the friendliest in the hemisphere or the world for that matter. Others return to us because of the crystal clear ocean water alive and well with marine life waiting to be fed or photographed. You might want to invite some for dinner?

I would dare to say that our Spiny Lobsters and Conch compare in size and taste to any others in the world and are in fact catchable right off the beach or far more accessible now because of the amenities we provide in our package deals. We now offer accommodation, and water sports equipment such as Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment as part of our package deals. We have had 32 years to get it right and believe very strongly that we have ....

Our guides will take you where you can hunt Lobsters or Conch and if your not successful, provide you with a seafood dinner of Lobster, Fish or Conch regardless. Our following picture tell the tale... Come fill your memories and bellies on Middle Caicos, an island paradise hidden from time until now!

Great Location on Bambarra beach
This house is made of 3 independent apartments with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathroooms each and a living room and a full kitchen. It is centrally located on Bambarra beach. The check-in/check-out process is super fast and easy.

Spacious townhouse in paradise
The townhouse was perfect for us. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs is an open kitchen, dining, and living room with front balcony and back porch both screened. A mostly empty beach is right across the street. Other beaches and a couple of restaurants are a short drive. The setting is absolutely beautiful and totally relaxing.

Great Location
The house is across the road from a beautiful unspoiled beach with white sand and turquoise water. There were multiple kayaks that we used almost every day. The manager of the property Junior was very helpful. The pictures of the property are a good reflection of the apartment. The WiFi was a pleasant surprise but it seems like the connection to the mainland goes out for short periods. The mosquitoes behind the house we’re pretty bad, there’s probably some standing water somewhere there , my deet free bug spray that works in New York was totally ineffective here, you need bug spray with deet. Overall I would recommend this property if you’re interested in staying on Middle Caicos. I would recommend Middle Caicos over North Caicos it’s even more remote and the beaches are spectacular but you would need to drive to North Caicos for groceries and gas.

Lovely place to stay to getaway!
This property was as listed. We loved staying out on Middle Caicos! We are not resort/all inclusive travelers & love to stay away from the touristy areas. This VRBO was perfect for that! We followed the travel arrangements recommended by Milena & the other reviewers. We took the ferry & rented a car through Al’s. Charlie, Ernest, Dave & Milena were all very helpful. We really enjoyed exploring Middle Caicos as well as relaxing on several of the beaches. We barely saw anyone else & loved the seclusion of Middle Caicos. We spent a day out of the boat with Captain Manny snorkeling & fishing. We spent a day checking out Conch Bar & Indian Caves as well as visiting Mudjin Harbor & eating at the restaurant. If you’re looking to getaway from it all, relax & decompress-this is the place to do it. THANK YOU! *the only 2 “issues” is that the bathtub in the west unit leaked extensively & was unusable & there really weren’t any movies in the VRBO’s collection that were appropriate for young kids (our boys are 9 & 6) although it wasn’t a big deal as we spent our evenings playing games.

Beautiful
The property manager, Ernest Forbes (or "Junior") was exceptional, bringing us beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and even a cot for our son. (The property was advertised as sleeping 6 guests, but there are only 2 queen beds. I assumed it had a pull-out couch, but it does not. However, Junior quickly solved this problem.) The lovely, remote beach is right across the street. There is zero traffic on the road. It is not too difficult to drive to other beaches and points of interest, too. The property was well-maintained.

Great stay
The stay was wonderful, only a few things where inaccurate about the stay. The dishwasher did not work and there was a clothes line instead of a dryer minor, internet is there but is very slow inconvenience but loved it none the less. I would suggest bringing some games to entertain yourself at night as they only have movies and a deck of cards.

Great Remote Vacation
Accommodations were incredible. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards were awesome. Loved the serenity of the entire island. Never more than one other family to share a beach with. Found incredible conch shells, sand dollars and other shells. Saw a manta ray in the water right in front of the accommodation. Truly enjoyed the island. My wife’s only complaint was no doshwasher in the unit but I think we made due without.

Great place for a quiet getaway! A local experience w/ remote, beautiful beaches.
Property mgr, Junior, was awesome and attentive to our needs. Charlie picked us up from the airport and took us to the grocery store where we loaded up. Expect to spend about 2-3x for everything. Get some boxes or empty crates to tote your groceries onto the ferry. The property had just about everything we needed plus AC and filtered water which seem like a luxury in Middle Caicos. If you visit the Royal Hideaway, coordinate everything you need with Milena in advance. I also STRONGLY recommend renting a car in North Caicos to have for the week. That way you can explore the two big islands, grab additional groceries in North and eat at a few restaurants. We didn’t have one the first few days which wasn’t bad as we just relaxed at the beach but as our kids ate through all the groceries we needed to head to North Caicos. Al’s Car Rentals worked well - they will meet you at the ferry in North or they can drop the car off at the condo. This place is not for vacation wussies or pretentious, 5-star traveler types. But if you like it quiet, remote and beautiful and don’t mind cooking your own food (mostly) check this place out. Pro tip - schedule a fishing trip with Dave or Manny within the first few days and then you won’t need too many main courses the rest of your stay! We fished on our last full day and had a blast but it was sort of a waste of Snapper which we just gave to Manny.

It's like your very own vacation home
This was one of our favorite vacations, and I have a lot to share to help make your stay here amazing. You will fly into Provo, Milena will arrange transportation for you to get picked up. We were picked up by Mr. Charlie at the airport. He charges $25 per person for first 2 people, and $10 for each after that. He's not Mr. Personality, but he took us to a nice grocery (the cost averages about 3 times what you'll pay in the US, so bring as much from home as possible, including meat. We had a carry on cooler that we filled with frozen meat, and already had a menu planned and most of our groceries were packed in our checked bags.) Mr. Charlie then took us to the Ferry, it runs one in the morning, and at 2pm and 5pm in the afternoon. It's about a 40 minute ferry ride to the North island where Ernest the property care -taker will pick you up and take you for another 40 minute ride to the property. It sounds like a lot of work, but I considered my vacation and the adventure beginning as we got off the plane. The townhouse we stayed in was very nice. Bedrooms downstairs, living and kitchen upstairs so that you can enjoy the view and get good air flow if you choose to open windows. However, if you open windows there's a good chance that "No see-ums" will get in and they will bite you relentlessly! We were advised from one of the locals to rub baby oil on exposed skin, and they won't bite us, but it was too late for us by the time we heard this. So take your baby oil just in case. There are few people in the region, our neighbor behind us Dave Shaw stopped by the first day, very friendly, we saw him most days we were there. He has 2 boats and offers days on the water with his captain Manny. We did a half day and had an absolutely amazing day. We came home with 4 lobster, 4 different varieties of fish (one that we caught) and 4 beautiful conch. If you're interested in a memorable great day call Dave at 649-344-6470 when you get there. EVERYONE on this island is so nice and personable. We met Mel and Susan, near them is a nice little reef to snorkel, just a little walk down the beach, Karen and Gerald - she was so informative about the area, Greg, the kite skier. We rented a car from Nick car rental, they brought it to us, $75 a day, and picked up, very convenient. This is a place with no resorts, just natural beauty. We had an amazing time. We think it'd be nice to have some palapa's on the beach for some shade, but it was really great.

Beautiful untouched beaches
Middle Caicos is remote . It is for the very adventurous people. We loved snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking on the unspoiled dessereted Bombarra beach. Mudgin Harbor is a beautiful beach and a must see on Middle Caicos. It is quite a drive to North Caicos to go to the store or restaurant . About 25 min. You need a car on this large remote island of 275 friendly people. Food is very expensive! Most restaurants fry everything. We tried all three of the restaurants. The caretaker of the home is extremely kind and is willing to help with anything. We had a few bug/cockroach issues and several other items.

Our January 2017 Middle Caicos Vacation
This was island paradise for us. Fantastic, just what we were looking for away from the hustle and bustle of Provo. White sand beach out in front of the house. Kayaks and paddle boards on-site were fun. Beautiful clean warm water to swim and snorkel in. Bring your snorkel gear. We rented a car a exploded far off beaches for snorkeling and swimming. Visited Old Indian caves & old plantations. We did all our grocery shopping in Provo before taking the ferry to North Caicos. We drove about 1 hour from the ferry to the house on Middle Caicos. There are minimal groceries at a small market on North Caicos. We had a delicious lobster dinner out at the Blue Horizon Resort. Junior (property manager) was very helpful and helped make our stay just perfect. We cooked most of our meals at the house. We had several barbecue dinners using the small grill on-site. FYI- there are no cash machines on North or Middle Caicos. There isn't a phone in the house and our cell phones didn't work, so be sure to activate your cell phones for international use. A cell phone is nice to have if you are arranging fishing charters or restaurant reservations, Junior loaned us a phone for the week- thanks Junior! We had a wonderful stay and we will be back.

21 Days in Heaven
This is the perfect place to stay if you like no crowds, beautiful blue water, and lots of places to explore. Our daily routine was breakfast, then reading/kayaking/paddle boarding on the beach until noon, back to the condo for lunch, explore the island and try a new beach for snorkeling, then back to the condo for dinner and watching the sunset with some local dark rum. The recommended driver that takes you from the airport to the ferry took very good care of us--on the way out he zipped us to a supermarket when I thought there was no way we would make it to the ferry on time (we did) and on the way back he held our bags so we could shop on the way to the airport. The Provo supermarket is your chance to get a wide selection of fresh vegetables and meat. Junior is a great host and took very good care of us on the island. We rented the van and recommend it for exploring and fetching groceries.
