I didn’t know that or what an “extended stay” hotel was until I checked in. It was not listed here as one on this site unless I missed it. The check-in process was not as smooth as what I expected. The system to pay kept going in and out. I was given a key to a room that I had to view first “to make sure it was good” before getting an official room. I thought that was sketchy enough. When I went into the room, there were no silverware/cups/plates for the kitchen, the pillows were without pillow cases (one of the pillows were at the bottom of the bed), there were limited bathroom accessories, and the towels were stained. I was able to request additional items for the room to make it more comfortable and hospitable as I was hesitant to check out the other rooms offered to me. The hallways smelled like the food in everyone’s room and the elevator was broken. Thankfully it was fixed during our stay. Despite the major issues, the room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the AC was great, front desk rep was accommodating despite my complaints, and the location was convenient for food, gas, and other needs. I will not be staying at this hotel (really motel) suite again, however, it made due for one night, and other guests looked like they were used to this type of service/standard. Please consider my review as a way to improve on customer service, cleanliness, quality of the rooms, and clarity of the type of hotel this is on 3rd party sites. Thank you, An Unsatisfied Guest

I loved the fact that you can look At the room prior to check in cause the first room had roaches and the second one had been slept in and wasn’t cleaned ….when letting the front desk know she was extremely understanding and did everything she could to accommodate me but she had no control of the rooms

No house keeping 1. You have to turn in your linen and towels before you can get new ones. 2. No refunds. You only get 1 roll of toilet paper per day and you have to buy dishes and pots. This should not be listed as a hotel but and extended stay.

The elevator is always a issue at these hotels. I don't like that the room is not cleaned until you check out and no refund. I had a hole in my bathroom door. I also had to buy pots and dishes. This information should be listed on the website especially if the elevator is out. This is the 2nd time I have used one of these properties and the elevator was not working.

No elevator. Therefore, not for elderly patrons.
I called to make certain alll was well s since I was arriving so late. When I arrived, I was told there was no elevators and my room would be on the 2nd floor. 26 steps and 26 steps down. I ended up cancelling my stay. I would not be able to make flight up and down with my leg problem. I suppose this hotel is not for the elderly. Also, it is illegal not to have an elevator especilally due the ADA. Americans with Dissabities Act.
