Faulty contactless registration
We registered online so therefore, we would have a contactless registration. We arrive to the hotel about 5:12 and my husband immediately went to the bathroom while I went to pick up the keys because we had already pre-registered. Ariel at the front desk refuse to honor my credit card and my photo ID, which was my license. She said Norman has to register. I said but you saw him. He went to the bathroom. I’m sorry, but he must register. Ariel gave us the wrong type of room. We did not want near exit nor elevator. I had to go back downstairs and Brianna was next to her. I said I’ll deal with you. She found the correct type of room. I stood there and watch Ariel treat everyone else with respect except for us and it means that she needs to be retrained because we have been coming to this hotel. We are silver members. No one should be treated like that. And we had a horrendous journey with the GPS stopping, etc. to run into a person with no respect for seniors.

Overall had a great experience at this hotel I would definitely recommend it and go again. The only thing I would change is having a microwave in the room along with the fridge. The rooms were so clean and the hotel was clean. I loved the parking. I love how conveniently the hotel was with everything near. All stores and casino and the mall.

I didn't like there was no microwave on the room and tv appears to be a smart TV but no access to streaming apps. It rained the entire weekend. It wld have been nice to do some binge watching.
