Toilet seat was broken. Mattresses badly worn out. Buy some new ones. Outside, lots of rats. Dirty worn front door mats. Bed cover stained. Replace them.

I slept with all the lights on. -I was afraid I was going to have the room broken into and my throat slashed. Not a safe area whatsoever and not many outdoors or security lighting. Random people hanging about. -Random strangers were offering to show me to my room but not the staff. The stairs leading to the second floor are made of wood. Worn down and unsightly compared to the cement layout. Steps are safety issue.

The ac/heat is really loud.. i called they sent someone he said he be back next day to change it out didnt show.. there water spot in bathroom where i think it leak, shower door handle keeps coming off..

The area was nice and seemed safe, but it didn't seem like it was kept up very well. The staff was nice enough. It was just okay maybe not quite poor but not average.
