My stay was not good. Bed was uncomfortable the linen was not comfortable. Do they even replace linen when I noticed that it was worn with a cigarette burn in it. No iron even if needed . This was a total waste from the beginning with a 30 minute delay due to the staff not being able to activate my keycard after 2 attempts going back to the front desk. I did request a discount

Staff was nice when we walked in but Unfortunately it smelled like weed everywhere… vomit in parking lot.. the smell in the hallway and rooms was very unpleasant and filthy..the floor of the room felt sticky and the bed had someone’s small bunch of hair when i removed the sheets. The elevator door would only open halfway at certain points and some of the buttons dont work.. not a great experience at all ! Would not stay here again.. there was free breakfast but we did not want to even try it after all this unfortunately.

Parking area needs more light at night. Strong smell of weed as soon as you go in the lift. Lift actually need replacing, door close very very slow. Hot breakfast is good. Staff was very helpful. Price should be lower than the condition of the hotel. Close to stores and shops.

Hotel needs some repair work.
The room looked fine and clean, it smelled of cleaning fluids. The bathroom fan did not work, the AC fan rattled, the elevator door did not open fully. They are trying but clearly the place needs some repairs.

This property was rough. I’ve traveled a lot for business and stayed here because it was cheaper and had good reviews - never again. The elevator barely works - the door wouldn’t even open all of the way. Only one lock worked in the hotel room (it had two). Bugs in the shower. Specs of either ketchup or blood on the wall and floor. Stains all over the sheets and so much more. People were playing loud music until 1-2am. Very very very dirty place. It was so bad, that we didn’t even stay the second night we had booked there, we just left early because we didn’t want to stay there anymore. I will never go back to another LQ property.

Front desk mngr has nasty attitude. Her name is Monica or Monique. I found out she was acting mngr. Maybe on some kind of power trip. Disrespect for no reason. We will never stay there again. However, I did have encounters with the front desk personnel and they were very pleasant and respectful. So if you go to front desk after 3, when “mngr” is gone, you will have a very pleasant encounter.

Upon going to my room the elevator took a while simply because it wasnt closing or open all the way, so the guess would have to push it close or open. Also, the mattress was not comfortable and the mattress skirt was filthy.

The outside of the place is clean, the ground floor near the reservation desk, dinning room, kitchen areas are clean as well. The elevator was not working properly, they didn’t clean our room until the day before we left. They had roaches in two of the rooms we stayed in…. We killed 5 between both rooms. Then you had a lady (visitor) that was literally sleeping in the dinning area, someone had to come to wake her up. ALL of the workers that saw her sleeping just walked by as if they didn’t see her sleeping… The second room we moved too the AC didn’t work.

Breakfast was good and the rooms were small but nice and very efficient. A good night of sleep. However, wish the pillows were as comfortable as the bed! The customer customer service in the morning was good! Thank you.
