I asked the front desk multiple times for a refund or for soemone to come look at my room because it was disgusting and damaged and no one helped. Then there were two gentleman at the front desk who said in the morning I needed to talk to a lady at the front desk which I did and she said she couldn’t do anything. She then gave me a number for a maintenance lady? There was no resolution, no help and I’m so disappointed because this was supposed to be an anniversary trip and the hotel experience was ruined. By staff that would not listen or take me seriously and the response was unhelpful. I have photos of the disgusting room and the text that I sent the front desk that didn’t lead to anything. I also have the names of the women who gave me a number to call that also didn’t lead to anything? This is ridiculous.

We didn't even stay here. We were there for less than an hour. First room they gave us had broken AC. They don't keep the AC on in any common spaces or rooms so it's hot and humid throughout. Second room I needed the front deskman to come to the room to fix the AC unit (he had to reset the whole thing since it wasn't working either). Windows wouldn't even close fully. So noisy we couldn't stay over - we never would've gotten any sleep.

Not close to transportation or any food. Parking limited on street to 4hrs annd it’s 6am to 8pm Area is not clean or very safe. Breakfast was not good. No warmers for hot food so what they make you have to reheat in microwave. Coffee ok but no lids. Our room was good but water pressure was bad so showers not good. Not a place I would not recommend

Came in and left right back out because they have bed bugs I explain to the clerk and he responded he couldn’t do anything I would have to wait until Monday to speak with his manager. I replied with I need something in paperwork stating my issue all the guy did was print out my receipt with no professionalism at all on handling this matter

I should have read the reviews beforehand and would have saved money. When we arrived the place smelled like weed all over the place. Area is sketchy and in poor conditions. Compared to the photos the reality if it was EXTREMELY different. Our pillows were smaller than a cushion and the room was in average conditions.

I don’t recommend this hotel. Worst hotel i’ve ever stayed . No wifi connection, no water, stinky, blanket was ripping off. I wish I can get a refund.
