Just About Right
Place is great, new and clean and there was no bad attitudes from staff, we had a great stay. Just need a way to keep the hot breakfast hot, microwave would be nice

The staff here is very friendly and accomodating. Kris and Dani especially took it upon themselves to ensure we had a pleasant stay and all we needed. The place is new, clean, and comfortable. This was such a refreshing experience, we look forward to returning when we are in the area again. Understanding this is a new place, my only suggestion would be to add a microwave in breakfast area to warm up the items that may get cold but should be warm (like eggs). The male staff in the kitchen can be more accommodating as well.

Very upset with my experience at the Hyatt House. I have stayed at many Baltimore sleep and park hotels before my flights. They have always had included free parking and a shuttle to the airport. The Hyatt House charged me $10 a night or $60 to park during my trip. The night clerk would not let me pay the $60 upon check-in and told me I have to get up early and pay prior to my 4:30 a.m. Lyft ride. I had an early flight and their shuttle service do not start until 6:00 a.m. . I have had many shuttle services prior to that time. I had to order a Lyft. ride to get me to the airport. So my stay at the Hyatt House cost me an additional $75 due to their lack of usually included items. It's a beautiful hotel but I won't be back under those circumstances.

I really enjoyed my stay Hyatt House. The hotel was very clean, my room was very spacious, and not to mention I loved the 12pm noon checkout time. Very convient and allowed me to get some much needed rest after a late check in.
