Pros: the front desk staff was great- friendly & helpful, decent breakfast, decent warm pool, huge room. Cons: pull out bed hadn't had sheets changed and they were visibly dirty (they did immediately come to change them), chip crumbs on bathroom floor, shower floor wasn't super clean, room had a little funky smell, have to pay for parking (metered or $45 for valet/parking garage)

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Lady had our bags ready before we could ask upon returning to lobby before our departure. Easy walk from Inner Harbor and tram. Most convenient to catch a ballgame.

Great weekend !!

The stay was very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to help with anything you needed. We loved the fact that we could walk to the stadium to watch the Ravens play.

Definitely disappointed

Fridge in the room had no control knob for temperature nothing kept in fridge was at the right temperature so nothing would have been safe to eat from there, view from room was a joke no one wants to look at trash cans, ac units or the valet lot. The pool was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, over a foot of water missing out of it was well it was so cloudy you COULD NOT SEE THROUGH IT!!! Main reason we picked this place bc of pool. Also valet here are a complete joke, I know it’s separate company but reeking of marijuana and taking 10-15mins to get your vehicle if ridiculous.

Definitely very clean hotel! Nice staff. Needs some improvement on breakfast choices. Be aware of the $45 valet parking fee with tip not included. A lot of construction going on in the area.
