I reserved the room through Hotels.com and the lady at the front counter took my credit card saying it was for incendentals, but actually charged me full price for the room. Now I have to deal with with trying to get a refund from the hotel.

Our room was not cleaned, cleaning staff was in the Hall way when i dumped the garbage from my room.we where there for 3 days, I work in a New York City school and garbage bin liners are changing every day and for a hotel not to so that. Over all the staff at the front desk, the breakfast staff was great nice and welcoming .

It was ok the bed was way too firm. And the breakfast was just ok. The service personnel were hovering around the food at 8:45 and I was told when I checked in that breakfast was served until 10:00. But they only served breakfast until 9:00 am
