Didn’t like how run down the interior and exterior was. Hole in the ceiling, killed a cockroach on the floor. TV remote control didn’t work.

Hideous smoke and dust smell.
Absolutely hideous. The moment I opened the door, the room smelled thick of smoke and an ashtray and dust. I couldn’t bare to think of walking in and staying. I left after canceling.

The room here was filthy. Roaches and mice running around the bed was clean but there’s no getting past the roaches. There was rats outside everywhere. Big flys in the room. The bathroom door was all busted up. Completely horrible so dirty I didn’t even want to get in the shower with my slides on

Friendly but a bit understaffed, had to wait around and come back to check out because no one was at the desk. And no one ever answered any of my texts that the hotel gave me. The room was very smokey even though I picked a non smoking room. Every surface had grime on it, brown speckles of unknown substances on everything and the worst part was the cockroaches. I set up a dozen sticky traps in every corner and killed a disgusting amount of cockroaches with my slipper. They are in desperate need of an exterminator because cockroaches were coming out of every crack and crevice.

It was nothing like the pictures on the site. It was in an unsafe environment. Broken glass throughout the walkways to the rooms. Rooms were not clean at all. The room’s air conditioner was taped up, vents were not cleaned, little hole in the wall, tv only had like 6 channels, and it looked like the tub was broken at one point and it was welded on.
