Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Quieter than expected. Very clean room. Good value. Water pressure in shower was lower than desired, but I suspect it was due to government regulations about low flow shower heads.

The Tv didn't work.One front desk person talk down to me when i requested a receipt for money i paid.She talked to me as if i was her child.After trying to explain to her numerous times i was angered & responded accordingly. Had she listened matter could have being resolved.I left and later received an apology with my reciept.She threatened to put false report to have me banned but only to find out she was wrong because i didn't booked my stay through a 3rd party.

The room was clean and housekeeping respected our privacy please sign the whole time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Veera (spelling?) at the front desk was especially kind. Late on the first night I was upset about something and came down to the lobby to avoid disturbing my roommate. Veera saw me and very kindly checked in on me and helped cheer me up even though she didn't have to. The breakfast is fine, but Laurel Tavern Donuts is right down the road. Our only complaint was the water is hard. I am sensitive to hard water (it dries the skin out), and survived 5 nights but i wish i had brought my own shampoo and conditioner.
