Apartamento excelente! Limpo e novo. Tive dificuldade inicial para ter acesso ao prédio. Não é um hotel. Por isso, é importante providenciar o cadastro previamente. O atendimento é apenas por WhatsApp. O acesso ao prédio é por reconhecimento facial. E o acesso ao apartamento é por senha. Isso está disponível no aplicativo. Café da manhã está disponível em local de fácil acesso no shopping. No geral, fiquei extremamente safisfeito!

A estadia foi ótima, o apartamento super confortável, a comunicação com a equipe via WhatsApp foi instantânea, me tirando todas as dúvidas e me suportando quando precisei. Tive um pouco de dificuldade com a fechadura da porta, mas o suporte técnico foi excelente e gastei alguns minutos para aprender a usar. Quando li as avaliações negativas, fiquei com medo do suporte prestado, mas após chegar no local tirei toda a má impressão... O café da manhã é em uma lanchonete no shopping, que por sinal é delicioso. Tem máquinas de lavar e secar "comunitárias", em uma área comum do prédio. Resumindo minha estadia: excelente.

El lugar nos encanto! soñado! nos toco a estrenar el departamento 203 cada habitacion con baño privado, muchos servicios adicionales que utilizamos al maximo, el acceso privado al shoping imponente, el desayuno es rico. queda a 10 min de la playa aprox. pero vale la pena el lugar. La atencion de Betiana de Xtay fue excelente! nos respondio todas las consultas y pudimos disfrutar de una estadia excelente!

Excelente apartamento para quem tem familia com uma super infraestrutura de condomínio a disposição, além de estar colado ao melhor shopping de Balneário. Facilidade no check-in e check-out. Alguns contratempos mas todos solucionados via WhatsApp. Cafe da manhã satisfatório e muito gostoso em uma cafeteira dentro do shopping. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, todos com suite. Agua aquecida em todas as torneiras, churrasqueira e cozinha completa.
