Pior atendimento de hotel que já recebi na vida!!
Hotel fraquíssimo. Três guichês para check-in porém um só atendendo (e muito devagar) o dia todo, em pleno sábado à tarde (dia com mais movimento, acredito eu). Funcionários despreparados. Sistema de garagem extremamente mal organizado. Fui obrigado a deixar as chaves do meu carro com o manobrista, sendo que eu exigi que eu mesmo gostaria de guarda meu carro e não gostaria de deixar as chaves com o manobrista. Quando cheguei para guardar o carro, o manobrista não me deixou subir sozinho (eu já sabia qual era o andar da garagem, pois já havia me hospedado no hotel e nunca havia passado por isso) e simplesmente entrou no meu carro e disse "eu vou subir junto então". Quando estacionei o carro, fui obrigado a deixar a chave com ele, sob a justificativa de que apenas manobristas poderiam acessar a área das garagens, porém isso não estava escrito e nem sinalizado em nenhum local!! Nem na recepção e nem no anúncio no hotel. Cheguei no quarto e o frigobar estava VAZIO. Liguei na recepção pedindo uma água e me informaram que o hotel não possuía serviço de quarto e mesmo doente e de cama eu tive que descer para buscar UMA ÁGUA!!! Serviço ruim. Atendentes mal educados e completamente despreparados! Fiquei abismado pois já fiquei em diversos "IBIS" ao redor do mundo, mas sem dúvidas este, em uma cidade turística como Balneário Camboriú, foi o PIOR de todos! Experiência HORRÍVEL!! Não volto nem de graça!!!

Desconfortável devido quedas de energia.
Esta estadia foi um pouco desconfortável porque me acomodaram em um apartamento adaptado com alarmes de incêndio e sirenes de iluminação de emergência. Houve alguma situação relacionada a queda de energia durante a madrugada até o início da manhã do dia seguinte, os alarmes ficavam piscando com a luz muito forte. A energia caia e voltava. Avisei na recepção e informaram que não havia o que fazer pq estava com esta condição em toda a região.
