The bed was very comfortable, l was upgraded from a double to a queen , unaware of my room being upstairs that l booked online , very grateful of upgrade thankyou . Also it would be convenient to supply 2 plates , bowls and cuttlery , l cooked toast but had to butter it in my hand and eat it standing over the basin . Thankyou l will be back

Was a great stay with fair pricing. Loved the quiet area and was a comfortable distance from Ballarat Central. With a car and a weekend trip away, the place was lovely! The man I spoke to briefly was lovely and we felt very welcomed. Would recommend and would stay again! <3

The staff were lovely, and so welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and had plenty of tea/coffee/sugars and shampoo/conditioners. The room was a little old and had a few things broken (which is why I only gave 4 stars for property condition) but we had booked an economy room so that's understandable. The bed was very comfortable and we were warm during the Ballarat winter. 😊

Check in was welcoming. Room was clean and with a modern bathroom. Room had kettle, toaster and fridge which was handy. Could do with some cuttlery/plates for take away options though. Water from the shower was overflowing, so had to use lots of towels on the floor to prevent slipping. The pool was warm and great for the kids, but the building could do with a refurb! It was freezing sitting there waiting for them! Overall, good for the price that we paid and for one or two nights stay.

Relaxing hotel
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I could prepare my own meals (as the microwave and toaster was provided) however no plates or cutlery were provided, only cups,saucers and tea spoons. Also I would suggest to number the car parks, as I lost mine when I went out for the day. It would also make it easier for the cleaning staff to know if the person has checked out. Otherwise I really enjoyed my trip and the upgrade, thank you King, I will definitely be back.
