A comfortable home that is a throwback to the 70's in decor and thus at the budget range as it moves into this era. Heated centrally and also heated by a wall furnace. The kids retreat has a reverse cycle air conditioner and plenty of bedding and is at the other end of the house so noise is not an issue. The living room/lounge are also air conditioned. It is a simple place with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay as long as you can put up with the colour of the carpet:)
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Eureka Stadium. A washer is available in the vacation home.

Family holiday
Close to places we wanted to visit. Comfy, warm and had everything we needed. Quiet area no traffic noise. Only thing our kids asked about was if there were any board games available as it was raining outside. Enjoyed our visit to Ballarat.
