The building also enjoys its own private beach right as you exit the apartment block and a small children\'s playground.
Inside, the light-filled apartment enjoys a spacious open-plan living room that also incorporates the kitchen. This space is connected to the balcony through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and is furnished with a luxurious L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a digital flat-screen HD TV and a dining table. Balatonelle is a charming resort town located on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, the largest freshwater lake in Central Europe. Known for its beautiful lakeside setting and sandy beaches the town is a family-friendly destination with amenities and activities catering to visitors of all ages.

The lake\'s shallow waters and gentle shores make it a popular destination for families and water sports enthusiasts with a wide range of activities on offer including swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. The town\'s main beach, known as Napfény Beach (a 13-minute walk / 3-minute drive away), is a popular spot for sunbathing.
