It was most definitely the best experience I've ever had staying at a hotel. The front desk attendant Rosie is so amazing. She is the nicest and most helpful person i've ever met at a Hotel!

Most of the staff was very friendly. At check in, they charged the wrong rate. I spoke with someone when I checked out, hopefully by Weds. it should be resolved. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. We were given a room with 2 full beds. When I questioned the beds the girl at the front desk said, this happens all the time. She didn't offer a discount. I told her our oldest daughter rented another room because the beds were too small to share. She didn't care. Breakfast doesn't change, it was tasty, I was also very hungry. So if you stay 3 nights like we did, same thing for breakfast. The beds were comfortable but you only get a sheet. The crusty blanket is in the closet, no comforter. The room was dirty. Carpet needed to be vacuumed. Baseboards had half an inch of filth. Doors were filthy. Shower tiles were broken and missing. The pictures are not what the hotel looks like. You have to be buzzed in to park your car and buzzed out to leave. Rough neighborhood. On Sunday the breakfast was packed so the staff was grumpy, only my husband went. Overall, it was a disgusting place and I'll never stay there again.

It was good enough for us
The good. Very polite and helpful front desk girls. Quiet rooms, safe parking and low price. The bad. Only one working and available plug for charging phones was in the bathroom. We unplugged the room phone and used that plug. No blankets on the bed. We had blankets in the van and used them. The breakfast was minimal without a working coffee machine. That said it filled our needs of a clean bed and shower.

Staying here was a terrible experience and Clarion should be very concerned about this newly aquired property. The major issue i have with this hotel was that i booked on online rate though orbitz. It was a "pay at the propery rate but nonetheless a guaranteed rate which upon arriving to the hotel and checking in they refused to honor. They said the rates constantly change and i had literally booked this rate 3 minutes before checking in. After more than 20 min of aytempying to clear this matter up wr ended up checking in at the rate they were trying to charge us and ensured "it will get cleared up." Over the course of our 1 night stay we went to the office 2 more times to clear this up and were told "shelly the manager" is aware and will take care of it. We were never refunded the difference and were treated very poorly by the staff. Im aware this is a commuter hotel and is basic. Many of the comparable hotels charge half of what this hotel charges. Wr booked this hotel hoping to get a "slightly" nicer experience. The gym was closed, the jacuzzi had old laundry hanging around it and the coffee maker had corroded plastic and disgustingness at the bottom of it. We asked for a blanket and were told we had to pick it up at the lobby. For the ammount we paid there are much better options in the area. I whole heartedly urge you to look elsewhere when booking a hotel in the area as you will get scammed by this dishonest and unethical establishment

I really wasn't pleased that the TV did not work, there was no electrical outlet near the bed or anywhere in sleeping area and the upstairs guests were loud and kept us awake all night.

I travel half of the year and normally stay at Hilton properties for some reason i chose to stay here and it was a hugh mistake. The owner/manager tried to get in my room around 11 pm. I had the upper lock on the door so he wasn’t able too. when i went to the desk they acted as if i was crazy. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Have stopped at this facility previously. Back then it was called Dunya - saw the brand Clarion and reserved it. Definitely an improvement as they work toward Clarion standards. Location fine, right off art 99 next to the Crystal Palace. Beds fine. We had a problem with hot water but they sent a guy right away - he worked on the mixer valve - better but not great that morning.
