Broken baths taps dripping staff walking in while were naked and ditches dug turning off water for three days rude staff when we contacted the manager Peter he banned us after we were walked in on rather than apologizing we had bugs in the room and maintenance isn't done for months at a time

The room they gave me at first, the A/C was broken and it was 90 F outside after sunset. Staff switched me to another room, no quibbles, with working A/C. While it is convenient to I-5, it was far enough away the room was reasonably quiet. Nice basic place, lots of restaurant options within walking distance.

This is a great place to stay for a night when traveling along the 5. It's well-priced, staff is great, rooms are clean and I felt safe. It's a great value for a simple night's sleep. It's not 5-star nor is it trying to be! It's just a clean/safe/quick and well-priced option.

Me thanks for trusting peter
Peter the owner is a gentleman we were in a tight spot and needed accommodation two nights before my navy pension cleared but because we're regular guests he trusted and gave us the room I paid him two minutes after my pension hit the bank the hotel has a few issues but nothing major but the good people like Peter and the woman on the desk more than make up
