The staff was nice and helpful. But other than that I'll never use this motel 6 again. The first reservation I made ..I never actually checked in that day. I actually needed to reschedule res for following day, called to reschedule multiple times. No answer both times..wrote a message to motel 6.still no response. So first I made a res for non smoking, queen size bed..during check in. The woman helping me decides I need a room different then the one she was about to give me and puts me in a room that should never be rented. Door doesn't lock..bed is missing tons of hardware , almost fell while I was on it.. bathroom light,fan don't work..the actual mattress is filthy...I mean one side of mattress is covered with dog paw prints.. towels were all stained..and since when do you have to pay for ice . I asked to be put in another room but unfortunately...none are available..NO LOCKING DOOR , AND BED FALLING APART AND LIGHT AND FAN NOT WORKING....if a room has just of those things wrong I would say its unrentable and unsafe...but all of these things! I would like my money back. I shouldn't have to repair furniture and fix the electricity in a motel room I'm spending money on..how was I supposed to go anywhere during my stay with a door that won't lock from the outside. I think a full refund for the night i never even stayed at motel, and atleast 1 of the 2 days that i did actually step foot in the motel room is the least you can do..
