The beds were a bit uncomfortable and there were little bugs in on our first night, looked like swarmers in the kitchen. But the staff was mostly nice and welcoming, the housekeeping staff was very nice and amazing. The breakfast and the facilities were top notch. Overall, it was fine staying for 5 days and the price was not bad.

I learned a valuable lesson on this trip! If you are a late check in for reasons beyond your control, you can be labeled a no-show and lose your hotel room! Even if paid for in advance!Please be aware you need to call the hotel if you cannot check in on time!! Or you lose your money and your hotel room !! What a shame
