I only stayed one bight. Clean and quiet. Courteous and kind front desk. Raag, was the front desk person who helped me with my reservation and the service provided was excellent!I appreciated being given the choice as to what floor I wished to stay on. My room was clean and spacious. If I am ever Bakersfield again, I will choose the hotel.

Bakersfield’s BEST
This hotel is newly renovated and it’s truly amazing. It’s guests friendly from the lobby to the room and free breakfast buffet. The desk clerks we’re all courteous professionals on the check in and check out. I give this hotel a five out of five stars all over.

Hotel very clean and new-feeling. Very impressed with the woman managing the breakfast area. Kept everything clean and stocked, was very attentive and friendly. One of the better experiences we have had for a hotel if this type.

Rude staff
Well the night staff was very rude upon check in. I do not reside in that city anymore however my I.D is from there, so I was told bluntly if you don’t have $250 in cash for a deposit you will have to go somewhere else, our rules changed last month! And the third party should have told you. Also they don’t offer bottle water for free to a third part reservation.
