Retro apartment in old brick building.
I was in town to visit family, could not get into usual vrbo. I did not receive the msg about checking in but relative had me try last 4 of phone #. Although apt was functional, i was not impressed with soiled carpet. The manager was easy to contact and came over first evening when I discovered that the heat did not function and brought plug in heaters. Owner came next day to repair heat mentioned that is was usually a long stay apt. for people working in area and offered for me to contact mgr and move. When we use vrbo I like the feeling upon arrival that the mgr. or owner has put effort into our enjoying our stay rather than getting the impression that it is more about the money they are getting for their investment. I would not pick this for a subsequent visit to Baker.
