So much potential
The hotel is new and i really feel it has alot of potential. I actually like the rooms, the location, amenities. But BUT it can really improve in these areas 1. There were people cutting tiles next to our window so that woke us up 2. The housekeepers wouldnt place the toilet paper and towels in the right place 3. The wifi does not reach the bed area of the suite 4. They placed us in a suite directly behind the elevator so whenever the elevator goes up and down it would make a noise . DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 401 and 501 these are the rooms back to back with the elevator If they cab address these issues i would really give it a 5/5

We are happy with our stay.
It was amazing, love everything about this Sotogrande Baguio. The place is clean, the staff are very approachable and responsive, the food is excellent. We will definitely come back with more family and friends. Strongly recommend this hotel. However, I would suggest to put some patio furnitures by the pool area instead of just a bench, this will make the users more comfortable and accommodating.

Sotogrande is an excellent place to stay. The breakfast that was included was the best I’ve had during this trip (we stayed at 2 other hotels). The staff is friendly and helpful. They even had someone on standby to check the room as soon as you check out so if you happen to forget something, you’re still in the area.

I had a clean, quiet room with a view. The air conditioning works great and is quiet. The beds are comfortable and the WiFi is decent. I had an issue with the door sticking and always causes an alarm when it was stock open. One call and a repormang came within 15 minutes a fixed the problem. Good response time. The hotel area is away from the crowned streets and traffic. Taxes are easy to get. Breakfast is consistently good and abundant and with daily variation of the buffet. Dinner prepared at the hotel is decent and good and priced reasonable . will probably go back here when in Baguio.

We stayed for 2 nights. Overall excellent but WiFi could be better, signal is lost too often. Room is not soundproof (4th floor) so you may hear others. Breakfast buffet was very nice.
