You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Located in Bagley, WI, just 4 miles from River of Lakes and within 20 miles of multiple fishing, boating, and hunting spots as well as shopping and site seeing opportunities. Food and drinks are all within walking distance as well as a small convenience store. Up to two dogs are allowed. Our lodge is always stocked with the essentials such as spices, oil, pots, pans, and towels. Please reach out with any questions prior to booking! We're not fancy, but we are cozy! Black Sheep Lodge is a 3 bedroom,1 bath home located in Bagley, WI. It is the perfect spot to rest and relax after a day of exploring. Cozy up in the living room next to the wood burning fireplace or if the weather allows, congregate around the firepit in the large fenced in yard.
Please be aware, Bagley is a river town that is located near many water areas and the train tracks. You will hear the trains day and night. We provide ear plugs for our guests to help you get a good night's rest. Oh, and bring the bug spray! Unique code, self check-in. I am always available by phone! We are always within an hour away from the lodge.
We do work during the day but will usually return any calls or messages within an hour. Located directly in Bagley township, just a few blocks away from local eateries. If you have a UTV/ATV you're welcome to bring it! Many people find it's the easiest way to get around Bagley. There is enough space on the front yard to accommodate a truck and trailer. The home is located very close to the train tracks. You will be able to hear the train day and night. We do provide ear plugs and fans in each room to help drown out the noise. Pets must be included in booking. Bagley is a water town meaning there are a lot of mosquitos. We recommend to bring appropriate clothing and bug spray in the warm months!
There are two cameras on the property, one at the front door and one at the back door.

Great Little Place to Stay

We had a great stay at Black Sheep for our hunting trip. The place was just what we needed to have space for 3 of us and a dog and was nice and close to a few boat launches we used. And Hannah was so great to communicate with thru the process since we had never been in or around Bagley before.

Great spot!

Two adults and two pups came to the area to hike for a few days. Black Sheep Lodge was perfect for the occasion. It was clean and well stocked for cooking some basic meals. The host has also been thoughtful re equipping this lodging. There are plenty of towels, paper goods, etc. We also appreciated the fully fenced yard! As noted in the listing, it is very close to train tracks. It didn’t bother us but the fans for white noise were useful.

Cute spot

We enjoyed our stay. We loved that dogs were welcome and the yard was fenced in. It was a straight forward property with good amenities. My only downside was being located right by a train track. They did provide earplugs by some of the beds. We would stay again, it’s close to lots of beautiful parks.

Perfect “in town” property for a weekend stay. Property details as listed. Host communication excellent. A breeze to check in (contactless) and out. Very clean and cozy! Plenty to do within a 15-30 mile radius, no matter the time of year. Highly recommend staying at Black Sheep Lodge!

This place is cute, well described, well kept and well appointed. So much comfort in the beds and living room! The owner is a responsive and gracious communicator. We stayed a couple weeks past peak glory but the view out the front door to your right is really pretty in late oct still. Thank you!

Fun fall family time

The west was great and with 6 people it was great to do activities in large backyard and on porch. Wish we could walk to Mississippi River but we really enjoyed the hikes in the state park. Thank you

The place was clean and decorated nicely. I was surprised that there weren't shampoo and other toiletries. The only problem that we has was that the master bedroom had an uneven doorway between it and the way to the bathroom. Since my husband and I are elderly and make bathroom visits in the middle of the night we had to give up the master bedroom to our teenage granddaughter. The other room was a bit cramped for us but we made it work.
