THOUGH CHECK IN WAS OK BUT WE WERE TOLD THAT NO ROOM SERVICE WUD BE PROVIDED NOT EVEN WATER. THE INTERCOM DID NOT WORK AND EACH TIME WE REQUIRED WATER WE HAVE TO GO TO THE RESTAURANT TO FILL THE JUG. ROOMS WERE OK. RECEPTION STAFF HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE. WHEN WE RETURNED AFTER MIDNIGHT, THERE WAS NOBODY AT THE RECEPTION TO HAND US OUR ROOM KEYS. ALL THE KEYS WERE SPREAD ON THE RECEPTION TABLE WHICH WAS VERY RISKY AS ANY BODY CAN PICK UP ANY ROOM KEYS AND ENTER W/O ANY SECURITY. AFTER PICKING OUR ROOM KEYS WHEN WE ENTERED OUR ROOM WE FOUND THE AC NOT WORKING. I WENT TO THE RECEPTION TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEBODY AND FOUND THE PERSON AT THE RECEPTION, MR. SANTOSH, WAS FOUND FAST ASLEEP TOTALLY DRUNK BELOW THE RECEPTION TABLE. TOOK ME ALMOST 15MINS TO WAKE HIM UP. HE WAS PRETTY DISTURBED AS HIS SLEEP WAS DISTURBED N CAME TO THE ROOM, CHECKED THE AC AND BLUNTLY SAID AC WILL NOT WORK. WE ASKED FOR A NEW ROOM IN THE SAME BLDG AS WE HAVE BOOKED ANOTHER ROOM FOR OUR CHILDREN IN THE SAME BLDG. MR. SANTOSH BLATANTLY DENIED AVAILABILITY. WE TRIED TO JUSTIFY WITH HIM BUT HE WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN. HE SAID IN THAT CASE WE HAVE TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM WITHOUT AC. WE MENTIONED THAT IF WE STAY IN THE SAME ROOM THEY HAVE TO REFUND US THE DIFFERENCE FOR A NON AC ROOM. HE WAS RUDE ENOUGH TO TELL US THAT HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING AND FOR REFUND WE HAVE TO CONTACT EXPEDIA AND NOT THEM. WE WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE LADY OWNER WHO STAYS IN THE COTTAGE BESIDE THE HOTEL WHICH ALSO HE DENIED.

GOOD HOTEL FOR BUDGETED TRAVLLERS
HAD BOOKED THIS HOTEL IN MONSOON SEASONS...THERE IS NOT A SINGLE RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL.
Very costly ..3500/- per day for a room which not even worth of 1500/-.. Pathetic service.. No food .. Not even tea cattle in room.. Dirty room with mosquitos .. Bathrooms are not cleam.. This option is good for bachelors only
Hotel is comfortable at very good location . One of the best thing is location that makes it a bit costly as compared to neighbourhood but overall a pleasant stay.
Sadly the staff was not friendly. Hotel had no room service from the restaurant . They charged extra for fridge in the room. Water was served was not packed bottled water. Check out intimation was one hour before that is at 10.30am. Before giving us the room they said they had no intimation about our arrival.
Next time will avoid this hotel.

Location is excellent as per my choice. Comfort in rooms is very bad. Very hard beds, no king size mattress, very old furniture, bathrooms are very old. No room service. Not even a cup of tea. As it was December, I paid heavily for this type of stay else I would not even pay 30% of what I paid.
