Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 81 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality. There is a large terrace in the garden with sunshade and bar area with barbecue, sink and minibar.
