(Sleeping) couch, desk, dining table with wicker chairs, TV (satellite), small stereo, free Wi-Fi.           Separated by room divider sleeping area with double bed (1.40 m), side entry. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, table and kitchen linen available. Modern bathroom with tub and shower / rain shower, bathrobes (loan), towels, bath utensils, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron, ironing board available. Pretty terrace in front of old pear tree with table and relax chairs. The city is within walking distance in a few minutes, parking in front of the house.
