Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Den Föhn musste man erst suchen. Parkplätze unterhalb der Zimmer, deshalb am Morgen schon Motorengeräusch und Türen zuschlagen. Unkoordinierter Barbetrieb. Das Essen war wiederum sehr gut.

Das Bollants ist an sich ein tolles Hotel, allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels passen. Wir waren genau ein Jahr zuvor da und hatten hinter unserer Terrasse einen Bretterhaufen von den Dacharbeiten. Jetzt, ein Jahr später, ist das Dach immer noch nicht gedeckt. Über die stattfindenden Bauarbeiten wurde man im Vorfeld auch nicht informiert. Auch im Spabereich gibt es seit über einem Jahr die gleichen defekten Böden. Und in den Zimmernfehlt eine Klimaanlage.

Positiv: Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Zimmer, nettes Personal, tolle Ruhezimmer im Wellnessbereich, motiviertes junges Personal, gutes Essen. Auf den Wunsch nach einer veganen Alternative wurde ohne Schwierigkeiten eingegangen. Bemerkenswert, dass offen auf das Handballturnier in der Nähe hingewiesen wurde, mit dem Umstand, dass es lauter werden könnte und deshalb Ohrstöpsel verteilt wurden. Aus unserer Sicht nicht einmal nötig, da man zwar vom Campingplatz ein wenig was mitbekam, wenn das Fenster offen war, jedoch weit entfernt von einer "Belästigung". Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Platzzuweisung beim Abendessen seehr subjektiv. Wir kamen an, es waren mehrere Tische frei und man hat uns direkt am Eingang bei viel Durchgangsverkehr etwas angeboten. Wenn noch mehr Tische frei sind, möchte ich nicht beim ungünstigsten anfangen müssen, diesen abzulehnen und etwas anderes einfordern. - Getränke beim Abendessen sehr teuer (Flasche Wasser 7€) - Weinauswahl ebenfalls sehr teuer. Mich hätten mehr Weine außerhalb Deutschlands in einer Preisregion 25-35€ gefreut. - Bedienung beim Abendessen sollte aufmerksamer sein, mussten sehr lange auf Getränkekarte warten, und dann wieder um die Bestellung aufzugeben. - Beim Frühstück fragte ich nach Haferdrink zum Kaffee, und es wurde Kuhmilch hingestellt - etwas achtsamer bitte. - Mehr Aufgüsse in der Sauna - Pool im Wellnessbereich "aus technischen Gründen" nicht geöffnet, d.h. nur der Außenpool als Bademöglichkeit.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und nobel. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, einige Bereiche waren aktuell leider gesperrt und konnten deswegen leider nicht genutzt werden. Je nachdem welche Zimmerkategorie man hat, ist man direkt am Hotel oder außerhalb. Über Expedia würde ich allerdings nicht mehr buchen, trotz mehrfachen Versuchen jemand telefonisch zu erreichen, habe ich auch auf meine E-Mail keine Antwort erhalten, was ich sehr unglücklich fand.

Tolles Hotel, der Spa Bereich und die Pools bieten viel Abwechslung. Sehr leckeres und feines Essen, beim Frühstücksbüffet habe ich nichts vermisst und dazu gab es noch einen Entsafter - toll! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Hotel hat viele Skulpturen und Malereien, wodurch man in jeder Ecke etwas zu sehen hat. Die Bar ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Ich kann das BollAnts nur empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
