The property is located in a small complex of only 26 units, only 50 meters from the beach and the ocean.

The maisonette apartment can accommodate up to eight people. To ensure a certain level of comfort, we do not recommend more than six visitors. On the ground floor is a hallway, a bedroom with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90m), a wardrobe and a dresser with a mirror and a bathroom with a shower tub, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. The kitchen is integrated into the 20m2 living/dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceran stove, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster and a dishwasher. The sofa comfortably seats four adults. The extendable dining table offers seating for eight people. There is also a small room where you can put the sofa or the table, if more than four people rent the house. Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds, built in closets and a desk. One of the rooms is furnished with a sofa bed the other one can accommodate an additional 135 cm bed upon request. Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a toilet.

Outside you will find a large patio with views of the pool and the fenced in garden, making it ideal for children. There is also a private patio with a table, chairs and a sun shade. The communally used pool is available from June 15th through September 15th. The complex has an underground parking garage.

Only the first floor is air conditioned. The building does have an elevator and is handicap accessible.

During the high season, a sailing school offers wind and kite surfing lessons, as well as other sports. The complex and the area it is in are quiet and the long (six kilometres) sandy beach is ideal for elderly travellers and children, as it is rather quiet. Restaurants, grocery stores and bars can be found in the vicinity as well (some are closed during the winter months). In Ayamonte, four kilometres from the house, you can find a doctor, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a market etc. open year round.
